Start this requestInclude your Babel account email, plan, charge date, and a short reason. Never email a full card number or payment credentials.
Start this requestState whether you want help deleting one shared transcript or reviewing permanent account-data erasure. We will verify account ownership.
Start this requestDescribe the concern and affected account. For a possible security issue, avoid including secrets or personal transcript content in the first email.
Start this requestDelete a transcript: the person who created a chat can delete it from the Chats screen. This removes the chat and transcript from both participants’ Babel histories. See our retention details.
Cancel a subscription: open Account, find Plan and usage, select Cancel plan, and confirm. Paid access remains available through the date shown.
Request a refund: contact us within 14 days of the charge. Refunds are reviewed under the refund policy and any mandatory rights that apply where you live.
Translation or microphone trouble: confirm microphone permission is allowed for Babel, use headphones to reduce echo, and reload the chat. If it continues, include your browser, device, time of the issue, and the error text in your email.
Support email is not an emergency service and Babel is not suitable for emergency, medical, legal, or safety-critical translation. Contact local emergency services or a qualified human interpreter when accuracy is critical.
